I know the member I am registering in the company very well, but I do not know his business well, and he also knows me well but not my business. If either of us engages in any illegal activity on the company’s website or is caught, that person will be solely responsible for their actions. Neither I nor the company will be held accountable.

If any member is found taking action against the company in any manner, the company will terminate their ID and Biz Wallet account on the website and initiate legal proceedings against that person.

मैं जिस सदस्य का पंजीकरण कम्पनी में करा रहा हूँ उसे मैं भली भाति जनता हूँ व उसके व्यापर को भली भाति नहीं जनता हूँ और वह भी मुझे भली भाति जनता है व मेरे व्यापर को भली भाति नहीं जनता है यदि उसके बाद भी हम दोनों मे से कोई भी सहकर्मी कम्पनी की वेबसाइट पर गैर कानूनी कार्य करता है या पकड़ा जाता है तो उस कार्य का वह खुद ही उत्तरदायी होगा उसके कार्य में मेरा व कम्पनी की कोई जवाबदेही नहीं होगी|
कम्पनी किसी भी सहकर्मी, व्यापारी व उसके द्वारा वेब साइट पर विक्रय कर रहे उत्पादक की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती है कम्पनी सिर्फ कम्पनी से जुड़े सभी सहकर्मियों व व्यापारियों को अपनी वेब साइट बिज़ ऑफर के माध्यम से सिर्फ ऑनलाइन लीगल व्यापर करने की सुविधा प्रदान करती है|
कम्पनी आपको बिज़ ऑफर वेबसाइट पर किसी भी तरह का गैर कानूनी कार्य व व्यापर करने की इजाजत नहीं देती है यदि आप कोई गैर कानूनी कार्य करते पकड़े जाते है तो उस समस्त कार्य के आप खुद उत्तरदायी होंगे|
यदि कोई भी सहकर्मी कम्पनी के विरुद्ध किसी भी तरह का कार्य या कारवाही करता पकड़ा जाता है तो कम्पनी उस सहकर्मी की वेब साइट पर बानी ID व बिज़ वॉलेट खाते को बन्द करके उस व्यक्ति पर कानूनी कारवाही करेगी|
मैंने कम्पनी दुवारा दिए गए निर्देश व शर्तो को पढ़कर व पढ़वाकर व समझने के बाद अपने द्वारा लाए गए इस सदस्य का पंजीकरण पुरे होशोहवास में करा है|
